Worship With Us
We believe God yearns for our worship. We invite to you our worship service with open arms. We believe God's love is unconditional and we are called to share the love of Christ with everyone.
Our congregation accepts and teaches the Word of God found only in the Bible that inspired Martin Luther and the reformation of the Christian Church in the 16th century. The teachings of Luther and the reformers can be summarized in three phrases: Grace alone, Faith alone, Scripture alone. Our Christian worship service is held each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. ►more info |
April 11, 2021 Second Sunday After Easter Service
Welcome to the Grace Lutheran Church. Today we welcome Reverend David Werly. In the sermon, we learn about Thomas. Thomas didn't just doubt, he didn't believe. But God used Thomas, to spread the gospel in the east. Some churches can trace the starts of their churches back to Thomas. We learn that God used him and other sinners to spread the gospel, to tell of forgiveness and salvation. To the world, this plan of using sinners to tell other sinners about salvation will never work. Yet God proves that this message does not work on human power but our salvation is provided by God the Father, for God the Son's sake, through God the Holy Spirit's gift of faith. Let's listen and learn more. ►more info
We Invite You to Share Something
Do have a prayer request, joy, or a need? We believe God wants to hear your prayers. We believe by trusting in Him completely, our worries become His own. Nothing is too difficult for our God. The impossible becomes possible. When you believe that, it is easy to see the meaning of prayer in the Lutheran tradition. Please share something about yourself on our online prayer form. Please don't ever feel like you are alone. We are here to help. ►more info
